A: Bones & Harmony is a doggy daycare located in Melbourne, providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for dogs to play, socialize, and relax while their humans are away.

A: We offer a personalized approach to every dog in our care. From our climate-controlled facilities to our experienced staff and tailored activities, we ensure your dog receives top-quality care and has the best day possible. Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We’re open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:45 PM and until 6:30 PM on Friday. Please contact us directly for holiday hours or special arrangements.
Daycare Questions
Q: What do I need to bring for my dog’s first day?
A: You just need to bring your dog! We recommend they arrive with a collar and leash, and if they have any special dietary needs, feel free to bring their food. We’ll take care of the rest!
Q: Do I need to book daycare in advance?
A: Yes, bookings are essential. We ask that you book by at least 7 PM the night before to ensure that we can accommodate your dog. You can book online, over the phone, or via email. For first-time visitors, we also require a completed application form and a scheduled first day visit.
Q: Can I book a casual day, or do I need to commit to a package?
A: You can absolutely book a casual day! We offer flexible options including casual days, 5-day and 10-day pass packs, and membership packages for those who plan to use our services regularly.
Safety & Health
Q: How do you ensure my dog’s safety?
A: Safety is our top priority at Bones & Harmony. Our play areas are fully supervised by trained staff, and we carefully monitor dog interactions to ensure positive play. We also conduct behavior assessments to make sure all dogs are compatible in group settings.
Q: What vaccinations are required for my dog to attend daycare?
A: We require all dogs to be up-to-date with core vaccinations, including C5 (parvovirus, distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and bordetella). Please provide proof of vaccination before your dog’s first visit.
Q: What if my dog isn’t very social?
A: That’s okay! We understand that every dog has a unique personality. We take the time to assess your dog’s temperament during their first visit and create a personalized plan. Whether your dog prefers solo time or smaller group interactions, we can accommodate their needs.
Payment & Pricing
Q: How do I pay for daycare services?
A: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. We’ve also recently reduced our credit card fees to help make our services even more affordable for you!
Q: Do you offer discounts or membership plans?
A: Yes! We offer discounted pass packs (5-day and 10-day), and our membership packages come with exclusive perks, including discounted rates and priority bookings. Be sure to check out our Referral Program too, where both you and your friend can enjoy discounts!
